Clase Particular de ChiRunning / ChiRunning Private Class

El Domingo recién pasado tuve la suerte de tener una clase particular de ChiRunning con Alan Miller, en Fort Lauderdale.

Alan es instructor certificado de ChiRunning y ChiWalking y me ayudó a corregir muchos aspectos de mi técnica que no estaban bien durante las 3 horas que estuvimos en el parque Tree Tops, a pesar de la lluvia!!!

Last Sunday I was lucky enough to have a private ChiRunning class with Alan Miller, in Fort Lauderdale.

Alan is a certified ChiRunning and ChiWalking instructor and he helped to correct many aspects of my technique that much needed the help during the 3 hours that we spent at the Tree Tops park, despite the rain!!!
