Me dolia todo, me costó mucho concentrarme, me sentía pesada... se me hicieron laaargos los 45 mins que corrí... y fue lejos la peor velocidad desde que empecé a entrenar...
Será un poco de cansancio? Hoy creo que no voy a hacer nada...
Yo sé que parte del proceso de aprender y de entrenar puede implicar tener malas corridas... pero no me lo esperaba... en todo caso... obvio que voy a seguir!!!

Yesterday I had my first bad run... :(
Every bodypart ached, I had the hardest time concentrating, I felt heavy... the 45mins that I ran felt soooo loooong... and I ran by far at the worst speed since I started training...
Maybe it's just I'm a bit tired? I think I'm not gonna train whatsoever today....
I know that part of the process of learning and training may imply having bad runs... but I didn't really expect it... however... I'll keep on running!!!
